JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Handle online government services such as PAN Card, Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, and various certificate applications.
2. Process utility bill payments, ticket bookings, and government scheme registrations.
3. Prepare, scan, print, laminate, and upload documents while assisting customers with online applications.
4. Ensure accurate data entry and provide excellent customer service for all e-Seva transactions.
