Job Summary
We are hiring for a Customer Relationship Executive job in Mumbai Central. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 38 years, and have Qualification B.COM /MBA /BA. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain and strengthen client relationships to maximize business value.
2.Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
3.Identify key contacts at potential clients and build strong business relationships.
4.Participate in client meetings to explain services and guide their choices.
5.Understand client challenges and propose suitable solutions.
6.Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
7.Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients where possible.
8.Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for proactive client retention.
9.Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
10.Support the sales team with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.
