Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Chartered Accountant job in Goregaon East, Churiwadi. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification CA Final. This vacancy is for the Real Estate industry. Reporting To: Partner. office location will be Goregaon, which may later shift to Vasai or Virar as per company needs.

Responsibilities:
1. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare and present regular MIS reports to management.
• Track project cash flows and financial performance.
• Assist in due diligence for new projects, acquisitions, and investments.
• Maintain monthly banking MIS.
2. Taxation
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliances including timely filings.
• Handle tax assessments, notices, and related matters.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for projects.
• Analyze ROI, profitability, and cost structures of ongoing projects.
• Maintain accurate records for WIP (Work-in-Progress) and project costing.
4. Audit & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, and Income Tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Implement internal financial controls and maintain accounting standards.
5.Project Exposure:
• The selected candidate will work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.

Additional Notes:
• The role is office-based with occasional travel along the Western Line for project and client coordination.
• The initial office location will be Goregaon, which may later shift to Vasai or Virar as per company needs.
