Business Verification Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Business Verification Executive job in Boisar W. Candidate should have a minimum of 0 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 25 years, and have Qualification Graduate. This vacancy is for the CA Firm industry. 

Job Responsibilities:
i. Field Verification:
1. Visit business premises to verify existence, operations, and infrastructure.
2. Capture geo-tagged photographs, and other evidence of business activity.
3. Interact with business owners, employees, or neighbors to confirm authenticity.
ii. Document Verification:
1. Collect and verify KYC documents such as GST registration, PAN, incorporation
certificates, licenses, etc.
2. Cross-check information with government/authorized portals.
3. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
iii. Reporting & Documentation:
1. Prepare clear, factual, and unbiased verification reports.
2. Upload data into the company’s verification system/tools.
3. Highlight discrepancies or suspicious findings.
iv. Coordination:
1. Liaise with internal teams (risk, compliance, credit, operations).
2. Follow up with clients/vendors for pending information or clarifications.
v. Compliance & Confidentiality:
1. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
2. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong observational and analytical skills.
2. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
3. Proficiency in using mobile apps, digital tools, and MS Office.
4. Ability to prepare accurate, well-structured reports.
5. Integrity, reliability, and eye for detail.
6. Willingness to travel for field verification.
