JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking and industry events.
- Identify and approach pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare companies.
- Understand client requirements and promote relevant CRO and clinical research services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales pitches.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions and client visits to generate new business opportunities.
