Job Summary :
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager for a PR & Media Consulting firm. This is a pure revenue-driven sales role. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, pitching PR and media services, and closing retainers and campaigns.
Mandatory Criteria :
1. Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in Service Sales / B2B Sales / Agency Sales compulsory
2. Experience in PR, Media, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Consulting Sales mandatory
3. Product sales or retail-only sales background not acceptable
4. Proven experience in closing high-value service deals
5. Strong English communication and negotiation skills required
6. Comfortable with revenue targets and performance pressure
7. Must be available for full-time Work from Office in Delhi
8. Immediate or short notice period preferred
Key Responsibilities :
• Pitch PR and media services to founders, CXOs, startups, and business owners
• Convert inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
• Handle negotiations and close high-value service deals
• Maintain follow-ups and manage sales pipeline
• Coordinate with PR and editorial teams after conversion
• Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently
