For our Logistic Industry. We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Goregaon who can generate leads through tele calling and cold calling,build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The role involves identifying new markets, arranging client meetings, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1•Develop and implement growth strategies focused on revenue and customer satisfaction.
2•Generate leads through telecalling, cold calling, networking, and research.
3•Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
4•Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
5•Negotiate/close deals, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
6•Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer interactions.
7•Provide after-sales support and trustworthy feedback to clients.
8•Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
9•Guide and support entry-level staff in sales activities.
10•Handle objections and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Requirements & Skills:
1•Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (tele calling & cold calling).
2•Strong sales track record with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3•Good knowledge of markets, customer behaviour, and business trends.
4•Proficiency in English, MS Office, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
5•Time management and planning skills.
6•Experience in customer support is an added advantage.
