Job Summary
We are hiring for a Back Office job in Mumbai Central. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification B.COM /MBA /BA. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in the company’s database, including inventory, production reports, customer details, and financial information.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain both physical and electronic documents in compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Facilitate communication across departments by relaying messages, forwarding emails, and addressing inquiries.
- Report Generation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for management, involving data collection, formatting, and basic analysis.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including phone handling, email responses, filing, and other assigned tasks.
