Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Back Office Executive job in Vasai Navghar Near Station. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year’s experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 25 years, and have Qualification HSC. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Must have experience in back-office operations, data entry, and documentation
Job Responsibility:
1.Monitor and respond to incoming enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia and other online B2B platforms.
2.Upload and maintain product listings, update catalogs, pricing and availability on these portals.
3.Follow up with leads via email/phone/WhatsApp, gather necessary information, clarify requirements, and liaise with the internal sales team.
4.Prepare quotations based on lead requirements, sending to prospective clients, and tracking responses.
5.Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics & dispatch teams for order confirmation, scheduling, and delivery.
6.Maintain a CRM or Excel database of leads, follow-ups, status updates, conversions, and rejections.
7.Generate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on enquiries received, conversion rates, pending quotations, and order status.
8.Ensure that response timelines are met and that no lead goes unanswered.
9.Assist in implementing and improving processes for online lead handling, enquiries management and portal-efficiency.
