1. To provide field sales team with necessary support
2. To ensure orders are accurate and that they are fulfilled on time.
3. Providing potential customers with as many attractive products and services as possible.
4. The process of handling orders through the mail, phone and checking that the order has the correct price, discount, and product number. Preparing Quotation. 
5. One point coordination between the internal & External customers
6. Calling to the dealers of the respective region & understand their requirement
7. Coordinating with the design department & customers for the layout
8. Payment follows up with the customers & dealers
9. Calling India Mart, Adwords, Wesite enquiries, etc.
10. On receipt of the order preparing Work Order
11. Follow up with the internal customers (Design, production & accounts) for the orders
12. Updating enquiry register with day to day follow up with the Executives, customers & dealers
