Job Responsibilities :
- PLC & HMI Programming: Write, test, and debug PLC logic (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and design intuitive HMI user interfaces for industrial automation systems.
- Electrical Schematics: Create, review, and mark up control panel wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Communication Protocols: Configure fieldbus networks (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, RS-485/RS-232) to integrate VFDs, sensors, and field devices.
- Troubleshooting & Commissioning: Diagnose electrical, hardware, and logic faults on-site; lead machine testing and final commissioning.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in hands-on PLC and HMI programming (e.g., Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Delta).
- Electrical Skills: Strong knowledge of control panel wiring, safety circuits, 24V DC/415V AC distribution, and sensor integration.
- Software Tools: Proficiency in PLC/HMI development software and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
