AMC Engineer

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a AMC Engineer job in Vasai East, Sativali Road. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Mechanical / Civil Engineer. This vacancy is for the Service industry.

Important note - For this job, the candidate must have experience in the fire safety solutions and services industry.

Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
1.Lead and supervise technicians, helpers, back-office coordinators, and support staff.
2.Train team members, assess their capabilities, and assign responsibilities accordingly.
3.Ensure discipline, safety, and performance standards within the department.

Maintenance Delivery & Quality Assurance
1.Ensure all AMC sites are serviced as per schedule and contract scope.
2.Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring quick turnaround and reliable system performance.
3.Maintain detailed service records, checklists, reports, and compliance documentation.

Technical Expertise & Troubleshooting
1.Act as the technical anchor—able to get into the system, diagnose issues, and solve them personally when needed.
2.Handle breakdowns and complex faults in fire pumps, hydrant systems, sprinklers, alarm systems, suppression systems, and panels.
3.Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.

Vendor / OEM / External Agency Coordination
1.Coordinate with OEMs, external service partners, and specialized agencies for system repairs, inspections, and replacements.
2.Ensure timely availability of parts and support services.

Surveys, Analysis & Technical Proposals
1.Conduct site surveys for new contracts, system upgrades, and rectification work.
2.Analyse system health and identify gaps or risks.
3.Prepare technical recommendations, BOQs, and solution proposals for the sales team and clients.
