Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator with 1–2 years of experience in the service industry. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling daily administrative operations and maintaining accurate records using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Administrative Support
1. Assist the Head Admin with daily tasks and office documentation
2. Prepare and maintain quotations, contracts, and agreements
3. Handle email communication with clients and internal teams
4. Maintain and organize physical and digital records
5. Coordinate inter-department activities to ensure workflow
B. Client Coordination
1. Attend and manage incoming calls from clients, vendors, and prospects
2. Schedule and confirm appointments with the operations team
3. Follow up with clients for feedback, updates, or pending queries
C. Record Keeping & Reports
1. Maintain daily call logs, enquiry reports, and follow-ups
2. Update internal systems with client communication and schedules
3. Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance summaries
