Job Responsibilities :
- Handle recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar employees.
- Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews with HR and HODs.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, PF, ESIC, and TDS work.
- Maintain employee data, legal documents, insurance, and HR records.
- Handle employee engagement activities, training, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate vendors, AMC, stationery, housekeeping, and office administration.
- Resolve basic HR software, computer, printer, and IT-related issues.
- Support statutory compliance, HR policies, and other HR projects.
- Coordinate and supervise HR team activities.
