Job Responsibilities :
1) You are mainly responsible for overall maintenance of the office, showroom, warehouse and office premises including infrastructure, chairs, Carpet, Electrical items, AirCons, Doors etc.
2) Supervising the house-keeping staff work and checking the entire facility, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office.
3) Maintenance of Pantry and House-keeping material inventory.
4) Responsible for vendor management which includes vendor negotiations, vendor Registration, purchase orders,
maintaining inventory of office supplies.
5) Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
6) Maintaining the MIS of stationery, pantry material, total expenses of Admin.
7) Handling travel and accommodation booking.
8) Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation
9) You will prepare weekly or monthly reports as required
10) Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Important Note- This is a one-year contract position. Based on your performance, the company may consider moving you to its payroll.
