Admin Cum Data entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring for a Admin Cum Data entry Executive job in Nalasopara West,Near Galaxy Hotel. Candidate should have a minimum of 0 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 29 years, and have Qualification HSC/Graduate. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry Management-Accurately enter and update data in Excel sheets, software systems, and company databases.
2. Record Maintenance-Maintain proper documentation of project data, client details, invoices, and reports.
3. MIS Reporting-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
4. Document Handling-Organize, scan, and file important documents (both digital and physical).
5. Coordination with Field Team-Collect data from field staff (like installation teams, supervisors) and update records.
6. Email & Communication Support-Handle official emails, follow-ups, and basic communication with vendors/clients.
7. Inventory Tracking-Maintain records of material dispatch, stock, and usage (especially for project sites).
8. Data Verification & Accuracy Check-Cross-check entries to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
9. Form & Report Preparation-Create and manage forms (Google Forms/Excel) for daily operations like attendance, material dispatch, etc.
10. General Administrative Support-Assist in office operations such as printing, scheduling, file management, and coordination.

Skills Required:

1. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
2. Good typing speed and accuracy
3. Basic computer knowledge
4. Attention to detail
5. Good communication skills
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks
