JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Coordinate with customers regarding monthly schedules and delivery requirements.
2. Prepare and update sales MIS, pending order reports and schedule vs dispatch reports.
3. Follow up with Production and Dispatch teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
4. Prepare sales invoices, delivery documentation and related records.
5. Coordinate customer portal activities, ASN, GRN and invoice-status follow-ups, wherever applicable.
6. Monitor outstanding payments, overdue invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
7. Assist with bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, GST/TDS documentation and other accounts activities, depending on the role allocation.
8. Maintain customer wise sales, dispatch, receivables and pending-documentation reports.
9. Communicate professionally with customers through email and phone.
10. Escalate delayed dispatches, invoice discrepancies and payment issues to management.
11. Candidates must have experience in either the rubber or metal industry.
