Accounts Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. Lead and manage the entire accounts team (2–6 members).
2. Supervise day-to-day financial operations including Sales, Purchase, Bank Reconciliation, Journal
3.  Vouchers, and General Ledger.
4. Review and ensure accurate accounting in Tally ERP.
5. Oversee and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory
6.  requirements.
7. Finalization of Books of Accounts, P&L Statement, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
8. Lead internal & statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
9. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, fund allocation, and financial forecasting.
10. Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable and ensure timely client collections.
11. Guide the team in preparing GST Returns (GSTR1, 3B, 9, 9C), TDS Returns, and reconciliations.
12. Vendor and client account reconciliation and management.
13. Generate and present MIS reports to management.
14. Liaison with CA firms, banks, vendors, and government authorities.

 Requirements:

1. B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
2. 8–10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
3. Hands-on expertise in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting practices.
4. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team development skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
