Key Responsibilities:
1•Provide Bank details to Management.
2•Check for all the payment received and based on that to check the bill to bill details and provide it to the management.
3•Maintain the utility report and follow-up with the concern department.
4•Billing of all the materials dispatched from the factory.
5•Maintaining Petty cash.
6•Preparation of cheques and NEFT as required by the company.
7•Followup with the clients for pending payment, and regular communication through email.
8•Bank Reconciliation.
9•Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
10•Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
11•Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
12•Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and state regulations.
13•Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
14•Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
15•Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
16•Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
17•Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
18•Complete end of month close procedures.
19•Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
20•Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
21•Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
22•Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
