Job Summary:
We are hiring for an Account Receivable job in Vasai. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Graduation.  Candidate Should Must have Experience SAP Software.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders
2.Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
3.Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files
4.Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges
5.Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations
6.Maintaining customer accounts
7.Working with a billing system generating invoices
8.Posting receipts in a timely manner
A)Applying fair credit practices
B)Processing credit memos and refunds
9.Posting payments to customer accounts
A)Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Knowledge of SAP is a must
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
5.Knowledge of credit and collections practices.
6.Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes.
7.Attention to detail and accuracy.
8.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
9.5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
10.High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
