Account Payable

Job Summary:
We are hiring for an Account Payable job in Vasai. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Graduation. Candidate Should Must have Experience SAP Software.

Key Responsibilities
1.Processing invoices, verifying their accuracy, and entering payment details into accounting systems
2.Maintaining accurate financial records and managing payment cycles for all vendors
3.Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving outstanding discrepancies
4.Handling vendor inquiries, building strong supplier relationships, and negotiating payment terms when required
5.Collaborating with internal departments to streamline financial operations
6.Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, including AP accruals and reporting
7.Ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations
8.Generating summary reports for management on payment status, overdue payables, and vendor performance

Required Skills and Qualifications
1.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
2.5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role
3.Proficiency in accounting software (SAP etc.).
4.Strong understanding of accounting principles, expense tracking, and payment reconciliation
5.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
6.Analytical and problem-solving ability
7.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team and vendor interactions
8.Ability to manage confidential financial data and handle high transaction volumes efficiently
