Account Manager

Job Summary

Job Description

1. Manage GST compliance including monthly/quarterly filing, reconciliation, and reporting.
2. Handle TDS deduction, return filing, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Oversee payroll processing including salary, overtime, incentives, and bonus calculations.
4. Support employee income tax planning and ensure compliance with basic corporate tax rules.
5. Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory requirements such as PF and ESIC.
6. Manage vendor accounts by verifying purchase bills, issuing/reconciling credit and debit notes.
7. Handle banking operations including preparation of Bank Guarantees and documentation for Letters of Credit (LC).
8. Coordinate import documentation with customs, CHA, and suppliers for invoices, BOE entries, and reconciliation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)..
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESIC, and income tax laws.
• Practical experience in banking operations (LC/BG) and import/export documentation.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle financial compliance independently.
