Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete accounting and finance operations of the company.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
- Handle budgeting, cash flow, banking, and fund management.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
