Account Executive

Job Summary-:
We are hiring for an Account Executive job in Virar East HDIL Ind. Park. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification B.com Graduate. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Candidates have Experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, challans) in Busy Software.
2.Prepare invoices, challans, salary vouchers, and maintain vouchers.
3.Bank entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.
4.Assist in GST filing and coordinate with CA for returns & audits.
5.Payroll management: salary, PF, ESIC, bonuses, settlements.
6.Handle creditors, debtors, petty cash, and payments.
7.Prepare quotations, purchase orders, proforma invoices, e-way bills, import/export docs.
8.Maintain proper documentation, filing, and compliance records.
9.Professional communication with customers/vendors via phone and email.
10.Support management in financial and administrative tasks.
