Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1.Accounting Entries – Enter daily accounting transactions in Tally including purchase bills, sales invoices, payment vouchers, expenses, and journal entries.
2.Bill Posting & Ledger Maintenance – Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, post supplier invoices, debit/credit notes, and GST entries.
3.Bank Reconciliation – Match bank statements with ledger entries, track pending cheques/deposits, and resolve mismatches.
4.GST & Tax Data Preparation – Record GST input/output entries with accurate tax codes, support GST return workings, and ensure TDS data is properly updated.
5.Filing & Documentation – Maintain organized filing of bills, vouchers, and invoices in both digital and physical formats.
6.Coordination & Reports – Prepare daily cash/bank balance reports, creditor-debtor lists, and coordinate with purchase, sales, and stores teams for documentation.

Skills & Competencies Required
1•Strong accounting knowledge with accuracy in data entry.
2•Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
3•Good understanding of GST, reconciliation, and ledger posting.
4•Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
5•Ability to work under deadlines with confidentiality.
