Job Description

1. Preparing statutory accounts & Godown stock maintain.
2. Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
3. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
4. Recording and filing cash transactions.
5. Controlling credit and chasing debt.
6. Invoice processing and filing.
7. Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
8. Bank reconciliation / GST.
9. P & L, B/S Entry like Depreciation, Provisional, Secured, Unsecured Loan, ITR work etc.
