Strategic Leadership: • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive company growth and achieve business objectives. • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with company goals. 2. Design Management: • Oversee the design and development of mechanical seals, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications. • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to innovate and improve product designs. 3. Production Planning: • Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand forecasts and optimize resource utilization. • Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. 4. Operations Management: • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements. • Optimize production processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency. • Manage facility maintenance and ensure a safe working environment. 5. Sales Support: • Work closely with the sales team to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. • Support the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive market penetration and customer satisfaction. • Facilitate effective communication between sales, design, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products. 6. Financial Oversight: • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability. 7. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership. • Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements. 8. Stakeholder Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners. • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly and effectively. • Skills: 1. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 2. In-depth knowledge of mechanical seal design, manufacturing processes, and quality standards. 3. Proficiency in production planning, lean manufacturing, and operational optimization. 4. Excellent financial management and budgeting skills. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
