Job Responsibility:- | ||||
1) Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 2) Managing the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and retention of employees. The Candidate should be dynamic and have excellent communication skills for excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 3) Maintain pay and benefits plan Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 4) Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 5) Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Key responsibility would be to manage a team of 5 to 6 people in ensuring 100% Statutory Compliance of all the relevant Labour Laws prevalent in India and all statutory payments applicable as per laws. The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of all the prevalent labor laws in India. Skills & Knowledge: 1) He/she must be able to manage 700-800 labor force which are on payroll/contractual. Effective communication skills and Proficient Excel knowledge is must for daily MIS to management. 2) Candidate must be apt to handle the administrative works involved in managing a huge factory set-up. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of labour law to ensure a law complied factory. 3) Candidate should be able to handle various Governments audits as well as client audits from the HR and Administrative function perspective.
